Mobile Learning

The Mobile Learning platform has been designed with the clear intention of meeting the needs of the target audience of teachers and educators in an intuitive and user-friendly way. During the first 12 months of research and design, the leading organization Creativ has prepared the user experience and the contents of the platform in accordance with the official requirements of the project in consultation with partner organizations, with the aim of concentrating on a single platform a complete itinerary on active online methodologies that are easy to consult, adapted to the different realities that make up the educational landscape. 

Users who wish to follow the training route will be able to create a profile in dialogue with the O2 product. Check&Act to benefit from the contents planned according to the characteristics and stages of your center, the teacher’s starting point and the strategic lines proposed by the management team. The online platform will house a real and consistent training itinerary with the levels of digital competence for educators already formulated in DigCompEdu. 

The areas to which the contents of the training itinerary will refer are part of the European Framework of Digital Competences in the areas of teaching and learning practices and improvement of the students’ potential. In addition, the Mobile Learning platform will include a database of good practices for different school grades, subjects and types of education, with the intention of launching a virtuous circle of good practices in use in different educational contexts, to multiply their dissemination by throughout Europe and make your search fast and practical for teachers thanks to a special content indexing. 

The section of the platform dedicated to good practices will refer to the DigCompEdu area for the selection, creation, modification and management of digital resources and will allow all teachers and educators to present their own proposal. The validity of the candidate practices will be verified based on an in-depth analysis and comparison with specific indicators designed by the lead organization together with all the partner organizations of the project. Teachers, educators, schools and training organizations with best practices will be invited to participate in competitions and awards during the transnational dissemination days and conferences scheduled during the project.

The Creativ team working on the E-DUCATION project is made up of:

– Cristian Li Pira, teacher, trainer and expert in new technologies and digital communication for learning;

– Sabrina Ponza, trainer and expert in international digital communication;

– Fabiana Mattiola, trainer and graphic designer expert in communication and digital content design;

– Verónica Carpi, psychologist, psychotherapist, trainer and school consultant for students, teachers and families;

– Simone Merciadri, head of the press office and expert in digital communication;

– Monica Bolondi, Administrative Director.

During the design of the product, the leading organization has dialogued with the partners to elaborate the search criteria for good practices and identify the most necessary topics to be addressed during the training itinerary. In addition, during the dialogue with the formal partners, networks of non-formal partners and associations of students, teachers and families close to the partners have been identified to analyze the behavior and habits of European users regarding digital education, with the aim of so that the Mobile Learning platform can respond precisely to the current needs in the field of digital education in Europe. In collaboration with the FDSM, the leading organization Creativ has designed the technical part of the platform, which is now being developed.

 

The E-DUCATION project, the Mobile Learning product in the design phase and the other intellectual results of the project were anticipated and presented to the wide network of professionals and pre-school, primary and secondary education centers with which Creativ collaborates. A newsletter was sent to more than 10,000 teachers throughout Italy, an article presenting the project on the Creativ website highlighted on the home page and an editorial plan for dissemination through Facebook, which currently reaches a coverage of more than 9,000 users.
