E-Testing

E-TESTING is a free and open digital tool that contains a highly relevant action plan for teachers and management teams in all educational centers at any stage of their educational digitization process. In this digital tool, first of all, you will find the necessary training in the different valid and proven evaluation techniques and instruments for use in online environments. Subsequently, an approved catalog of these is established so that each center can make its own selection based on the methodologies it is using.

Each of these validated tools includes information and usage templates so teachers can understand why they are used and how to get started.

In addition, the TEST GENERATOR area is included. This application allows users to generate their own objective tests based on the content they themselves consider.

Thus, they will be able to create their tests in an easy and fast way to be able to later use them with the students who receive them.

Among the evaluation techniques to be developed are:

  2. Analysis of student productions:

(Conceptual maps, Summaries, Diagrams, Oral productions, Graphic – plastic and musical productions, Portfolios, PBL…)

  1. Oral exchanges of the students

(Interviews, Group debates, Assemblies, Thematic exhibitions, Simulation and dramatization…)

  1. Specific tests

(Incomplete text, Matching, Multiple choice, True or false, Ranking, Developing…)

  1. Self-assessment/Co-assessment

E-TESTING represents a necessary intellectual product in different ways:

– Improves teaching: guarantees teachers a correct evaluation of the contents proposed in the teaching-learning processes in digital environments

– It favors the control of educational quality for management teams: it standardizes and validates the evaluation techniques and instruments used by teaching teams, thus allowing a stable and safe educational process in non-attendance or semi-attendance scenarios for students.

– Offers guarantees to students and families: clarifies the evaluation process and updates the techniques and instruments used, adapting to the specific needs of each center.

 

NEEEDS ANALYSIS

In this project we are convinced that new learning environments entail new modes of teaching and, therefore, adapted assessment systems.
The need for centers to update themselves in this sense is manifest and for this specific training is necessary and, above all, a sample of its implementation in an agile and effective way for teachers.
E-TESTING will contain a space for shared experiences in which the different users will be able to contribute with their own tests and, on the other, an advisory environment in which different experts will make themselves available to the centers to offer solutions adapted to each reality.

– This platform is flexible to continue growing with the contributions of users and experts and to adapt to different educational environments, formal or non-formal (language schools, adult centers…)
