David Álvarez Jiménez

Has a degree in Mathematics from the University of Granada and an e-Learning Expert from the University of Seville. He has been teacher of  of Maths and Technology, Education Coordinator of the Andalusian Program for Digital Literacy and ICT Accreditation (“AULAE”) as well as Area Manager of the “Fernando de los Ríos” Consortium.

He is currently CEO of Conecta13 where he has conducted a number of training and professional development projects for companies and institutions such as the Spanish Ministry of Education, the Junta de Andalucía, Diputación de Alicante, Samsung, Mondragón Unibersitatea or Fundación Telefónica, among others.

He publishes the blog e-aprendizaje.es, first prize at the VII Edublogs Spiral Awards as well as the podcast «El Cantor de Jazz«

Diego Ojeda Álvarez

 

He has a degree in English Philology and a Master’s degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. English teacher at the IES “La Zafra” (Secondary) of Motril (Granada) between 1987 and 2015.

He has also been an Intercultural Education Advisor in Almería (2001-2003) and a teacher of Spanish as a new language for immigrant students.

He is a member of “Conecta13” where he collaborates in the design and development of both online and on site training activities.

Fernando Trujillo Sáez

 

He is a Doctor in English Philology and Professor of the Departament of Didactics of Language and Literature at the Granada’s University. Fernando is a member of the Language Policy Advisory Council of the Government of the Andalusia. He was aslo a member of the Council for the Elaboration of the Center Linguistic Project (PLC) of the Ministry of Education. He designed the PLC of the Autonomous Body fot European Educational Programs during 2011/12. In addition, he coordinated the Linguistic Project Program of the Center of Andalusia during the years 2013/14 and 2014/15. Among others, he has directed several courses or the Instituto Cervartes. He has been professor at different national and international universities and teacher training centers. In 2017 he received the 1st Prize from the Granada’s University and “Caja de Ahorros Rural de Granada” for Communitation and Innovation Digital Media (2016). He is a founding partner and memver os the Scientific Advisory Committee of Conecta 13.

OUR INSTITUTION

Conecta13 is a Spin-off of the University of Granada. Since 2013 we have been offering tailor-made training and  consulting services to companies, institutions and professionals of many areas. Conecta13 is a leading company in Spain in designing and facilitating MOOCs with more than 60 massive online courses designed and/or facilitated so far.

Being part of this project and putting, not only our expertise, but our learning skills to the service of its objectives and intellectual outputs, will help us grow as a company and extend our knowledge with the views of so many different partners in a matter such as distance teaching and learning that  has been quite a central concern to us in recent times.
